Foundations of Bushidō Talk
A seated, hour-long introduction to the historical roots and guiding principles of the warrior's code — from honor and courage through restraint and loyalty. Room is held for questions and quiet reflection.
The Way of the Blade Workshop
A two-hour workshop on the philosophy and etiquette of the sword. Careful handling of training implements, guided practice in posture and breath, and a closing reflection on what this discipline means within the broader code.
Reflective Practice Half-Day
An unhurried half-day pairing readings from classic warrior writings with quiet seated reflection and gentle movement drills. Includes a printed reading set. Limited to small groups so the tone stays contemplative.
